Terms of Service

Working draft of 30 October 2026. These terms have not yet been reviewed by counsel and will change before launch. They are published early because we would rather you read a draft than nothing.

1. Who we are

Pixel Academy is a crypto education platform operated from Tbilisi, Georgia, by LLC Pixel Academy. These terms are an agreement between you and LLC Pixel Academy for using this website and the platform behind it.

2. What the service is

We sell education: video course tracks, and practice simulations that use fake money. We are not a broker, an exchange for third-party assets, an investment adviser, or a bank. Nothing on the platform is financial advice, and nothing on it promises you a return of any kind.

3. Accounts, plans and payments

Free accounts are free. Simulator and Academy are passes for a fixed period (30 or 365 days) that start when the payment is confirmed. They do not renew automatically; you can buy more time at any point and it is added to your current end date.

Founding membership, when offered, is Academy for as long as Pixel Academy runs the platform, including new courses and simulations; it does not include business, team or other separately priced services.

Payments are made in USDT or USDC on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) through our payment provider, NOWPayments. Send the exact amount on the BEP-20 network; a payment sent on another network may be lost. If less than the price arrives, the pass does not start; contact us and we will sort it out.

Two-day guarantee: if a pass is not for you, message us on WhatsApp at +995 595 86 04 04 or write to info@pixelacademy.io within 48 hours of your payment being confirmed, from the email of your account. We refund the full amount in the coin you paid with, to a BEP-20 address you give us, and the pass ends. One refund per account. After 48 hours, payments are final. Your access starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Certificates you have earned remain yours - they are written to permanent storage precisely so they outlive your subscription, and us.

4. PUSDT is prepaid platform credit

Some features of the platform are paid for with PUSDT, our prepaid platform credit - the same model as a Steam Wallet or a Roblox balance. When you top up, your payment buys credit at one PUSDT per USDT, and that credit exists only inside Pixel Academy.

  • PUSDT is credit for our services, not money. It is not a deposit, not e-money, not a cryptocurrency, and not an investment. It never leaves the platform and cannot be sent to anyone.
  • PUSDT has no price and cannot appreciate. One PUSDT always corresponds to one US dollar of platform services.
  • If you no longer want your remaining credit, you can ask us to convert it back. Conversion is processed manually by our team and carries a 5% processing fee.

5. PXL

PXL is Pixel Academy's fixed-supply token. Nobody earns PXL on the platform: no course, game, or promotion pays it out. It can only be bought from an existing holder on our OTC orderbook, and only after you pass a knowledge quiz. We make no representation about PXL's future value, and buying it is not an investment in Pixel Academy. See the $PXL page for the full, plain statement of what it is and is not.

6. Fair use

One account per person. Do not share logins, resell access, scrape the platform, or attack it. Simulations use fake money by design - attempting to convert anything inside a game into a real-money claim against us is a misunderstanding of what a game is.

7. Content and certificates

Course content is ours or our instructors'; your license to watch it is personal and non-transferable. Certificates state that you completed a course - they are not professional licenses and we do not guarantee any third party will recognize them.

8. Liability

Education is the product; decisions are yours. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading or investment decisions you make with what you learned here. Crypto markets can and do go to zero.

9. Changes

We will change these terms as the platform grows, and material changes will be announced on this page with a new date at the top.
